Our orders typically dispatch within 5 business days, however during peak times your order may be dispatched outside of this estimated time frame due to high volumes.

We offer a range of postal methods so you can pick the option that best suits you. 

Please see below our shipping methods offered and estimated delivery timeframes;
Ground - Orders are typically received within 2 – 8 business days from dispatch 
Second Day Expedited (Two business days) - Orders are typically received within 2 business days from dispatch 
Third Day Expedited (Three business days) - Orders are typically received within 3 business days from dispatch

We do our best to ensure the timely dispatch of all orders. When selecting UPS 2-3 day Priority Mail or UPS Ground please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery timeframe from our carriers. On rare occasions and during peak periods, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. Unfortunately, any UPS delays are out of our control however we appreciate your patience and understanding.

The shipping method available for Alaska and Hawaii is as per below;                
Sure Post Ground - Orders received within 2 - 8 business days from dispatch
Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
 

Our shipping provider is unable to ship to a PO Box. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted by our shipping provider at this stage. If a PO, APO or FPO is supplied your order will not be able to be dispatched and we will hold your order until a street address is provided or a refund will be issued at Bardot's discretion.

PART SHIPPED ORDERS

In the instance that we are unable to fulfil the entirety of your order, the available items will be dispatched to you as a part-shipment while we investigate your missing item/s.

We will get in touch with you within 1-3 business days to confirm a second shipment for the missing goods (no additional delivery fees will be charged), or alternatively if the item/s are not available we will provide a refund via your original payment method.

Please note: order fulfilment is not guaranteed, and all orders are accepted subject to stock availability.
Items assessed to be faulty are eligible for a full refund or replacement. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please contact us.
 

ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATION

Due to our quick processing and dispatch times we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed, this includes changes to your address, items, pricing and delivery method. This is stated in your order confirmation email and our terms and conditions.

In the case that an incorrect or incomplete address has been supplied, you will need to wait to receive your dispatch email to track your order. Most orders with an incomplete address will be returned to us, and if this occurs we will process a refund less any shipping costs.
